Welcome to the private tropical island of Isleta El Espino where the lake, volcano, and surrounding flora and fauna come together to set the perfect backdrop for your practice. PRACTICE

Pat Bailey is a trained, practicing and certified Bhakti Vinyasa Flow teacher with a 250HR certification from Rusty Wells.  Her practice and classes are vinyasa based infused with kirtan, ritual, ceremony, written and spoken word, and music.  The vinyasa is all levels with an invitation for even the most advanced yogi to come to their mat as a beginner. ITINERARY

5 nights arriving Thursday, February 8 and departing Tuesday, February 13:

Day 1 - Arrival with welcome drink, orientation and tour, dinner on island

Day 2 - All meals on island, afternoon free for relaxing, spa treatments, kayaking

Day 3 - Breakfast & lunch on island, afternoon/evening in Granada with dinner

Day 4 - All meals on island, Isleta Nature Tour and chocolate making workshop

Day 5 - Breakfast & dinner on island, day trip to Pueblos Blancos & Volcano

Day 6 - Departure after breakfast

Daily morning and evening yoga and meditation sessions. Afternoons are free for activities, day trips, relaxing, spa treatments, kayaking and exploring. Bring your favorite mat and props or use ours.

Retreat attendees wishing to arrive early to Isleta El Espino or stay after the end of the retreat will receive a discounted room rate.

LOCATION

Isleta El Espino is a rustic-lux eco-lodge on a private island in Lake Nicaragua with views of the lake and volcano, a plunge pool, yoga deck, restaurant and bar, organic garden, kayaks, and on-site spa treatments. The lodge is located on 1.5 acres and produces its own solar power and filters water from the lake. Meals are lovingly prepared by our kitchen staff who use local ingredients and food grown on property to create beautiful, delicious meals to your dietary preferences.

FOOD

You will be enjoy house made meals with fresh, seasonal, and local ingredients, many which are grown on the island. There are vegetarian and vegan options, however meat, fish, eggs, milk, yogurt and butter will also be available.

DEPOSIT

To reserve your spot on this retreat, a US $500 deposit is required. The deposit is non-refundable, however, should you cancel your reservation 60 days or more before the retreat starts, you may apply your deposit toward another retreat or a stay on the island within 12 months from the date of the initial retreat for which you registered.

FULL PAYMENT (due within 30 days of retreat)

When you reserve, you may either pay in full or just pay the deposit. Upon receipt of your payment we will send you a confirmation of your deposit. Full payment is due 30 days prior to the start date of the retreat. If you book and pay in full by December 31, you will receive 10% off of your retreat; a value of up to $296 off.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur which is why we recommend purchasing travel insurance.

Deposits are non-refundable, however, if we are able to fill your space we will reimburse you the amount you paid minus the deposit.
